Even in the dark you could tell our resort was beautiful. Palm trees, waterfall and ponds everywhere. We were greeted by a very round dressed up figure while the boys found hilarious. They were throughly entertained whilst we checked in: again qr codes were required and this time we did need our test results but after not to long we were all checked in and loaded into a golf cart on the way to our villa.

The villa itself was very comfortable, large and beautiful. We had access to a pool which we shared with one other villa and a view over the golf course and the mountains. It was not gonna be hard to spend a few days here! But first food!
There was a Chinese restaurant onsite, but it was super posh… the food came out fancy. Some had dry ice under it making it smoke. Other on ornate stands. All of it very tasty (despite the odd crushed bone). With full bellies we headed back to our villa and all fell to sleep in very comfy beds.

The next morning the boys only had one thing on their mind. Beach! It was less than 5 mins walk. And although over cast and windy the boys were straight in.

Middle man was turning blue after a couple of hours. So it was probably good that it was time to go meet our friends the Flintstones who once again had agreed to travel with us 😮.

The rest of the day 1 was spent exploring the local neighbourhood. Eating way to much seafood and getting wet and dry and wet and dry and wet and dry! The perfect start to the holidays!
